Due to our use of the newest assembly and reflow soldering systems, the soldering process is completed to the highest quality with maximum environmental friendliness.

All components are tagged with a serial number and barcode so that we can document all inspection steps. If an AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) is not possible, our X-Ray can be used for verification. The operational reliability of every component of a product is tested by an "In Circuit Test". All test data is collected and stored in our PDA system (production data acquisition). This online documentation accompanies the component and provides information about the quality at any point in time.

Our service offer also includes the production of prototypes. Experienced employees will manufacture individual pieces and small quantities according to your needs.
